Don't we already kind of have a cure for cancer? I mean we have chemotherapy and stuff like that. Wouldn't that fall under the category of a "cure"

No, a cure is something that fixes it completely and makes it never come back.

Chemo can cure some, it treats or extended life for others and with some cancers it has no affect at all.
With surgery.

include more fibre in your diet; etc take benefibre
drink more water
avoid caffeine or any dehydrating drinks
include more "good oils" in your diet; etc fish oil;
