DS has eczema... I just learned that citric acid is linked to eczema and also people with eczema or breastfeeding an eczema baby should stay away from mushrooms. Has anyone experiences this to be true? About the citric acid and the mushrooms???

I read about staying away from citric acid, mushrooms and night shade veggies... .
I believe that corn allergies are associated with eczema and that citric acid is often dervied eczema causes in babies, corn and nuts probably next on the list.

You can try and keep dry skin moistured, but with eczema, different things can trigger a breakout.
I think cracks from very dry skin is different than eczema.
As much soap residue off as possible.
