Hi everyone, my guy was reclassified and his custody level lowered to community custody, they told them that he has to finish SAP, so is there hwh's with the SAP program in it and also how do we go about getting him moved there soon?. (Excited).

Child support and custody are two seperate things in the courts eyes.

OK,
I'm not 100% sure on this as I am in the UK and the Ex with my child is in Ireland, but the child has a better time / life with me over in the UK, but laws being the laws and flawed, mothers gain custody despite how bad a parent they are.

What is your reason for wanting sole custody? Its usually considered an option if there is serious information on custody issues that might be helpful.
