Its this is a mile away from customer service; it means you are screwing good customers by keep reserves complainer.
Assign one to each elderly couple to represent them whenever they require any customer service.

Saturday I found out that I miss-predicted the shims I would need for my valve adjustment. I went to Mikes site ordered the shims I needed and got them out of the mailbox Tuesday (Monday being the holiday).
