Pipe and tank plant layouts, now need to make a modified (not standard) pipe fitting.
Looking for a pipe plug drawing. the fitting (Imperial) is 4—10. Four inch NPT piping.
Appears to have a slight taper, very slight.
Or, better yet, a G 3-3/4" pipe thread...

Some more quality time with CAD had a drawing made up that I could machine from some 110mm Round bar and fouling.
It turns out a longer shock was suitable, and I ended up cutting.
Travel back into the system.

Also the rectangular RSG holes are you'll notice I began my cut in the middle of the hole then let it cool a bit before I cut to the edge.
To make cutting a little easier I drilled holes where turns are to be made.

Print it out, I printed out the airfoil I wanted, cut it out with scissors, and then lightly adhered it to some plywood.
I do something similar for curved pieces I'm going to cut.
It's a smart way to do it.
