Por explicaciones tuyas ya se que el ACTS es un sistema para controlar las cartas del juego .
El juego no demanda totalmente pez en el tema Cyberboard.
Mediante Cyberboard y ACTS (ya explicaré que es eso para el que no lo sepa).

The real Europa Universalis Some might think that the game offered by Paradox(a pretty good game by itself) is the real representation of EU.
