What can be done about bad cyclists? There seems to be an increasing number of cyclists who put themselves - and others - at risk with their riding habits. Can anything be done to get them to change their ways?

I cycle a lot and it really annoys me to see those cyclists who flout importantly side with the good cyclists and understand that some of the behaviours of some motorists really doesnt help cyclists ....

Cyclists will be allowed to turn right or go straight ahead, even when a traffic light is on red. But they will have to give way to pedestrians, and traffic coming from the left. They will be held responsible if there is an accident.

Ive had one run in with a cyclist where he completely ignored a Give Way sign and almost smashed into the side of my car, but you get just as many fuckwit drivers....
More cyclists means less cars on the road and quicker for me to get to work.

I am a pretty keen cyclist myself and to a certain extent admire the boys and girls who commute into London, often in shitty weather.
But, cyclists should need to pass some sort of test before being let loose on the roads. I travel into London each day...
