I am so sorry! First, the bladder: I get bladder inflammation now and again that is not bacteria related, not sure if it is IC, my gyno calls it "mechanical" irritation, that is, from sex .

You are getting cystitis because your partners hands, nails and or organ arent clean, theyre to cystitis since iv had it 4 times now in the last 2 months.

Have you had this ruled out? Failing that, it could be that if you have mucous or leakage, the germs out of your bum... .
The first thing that came to mind was a small fistula between the bladder and bowel, that would allow bacteria to seep into the bladder .
