According to some of the competetive bodybuilders I know it is best to limit your intake of dairy
products when prepairing for a comp as it will make the muscles appear "smooth" and lessen the muscle
dairy in/out of comp prep diets, but to be honest I've tried both and there didn't appear to be any

Most vegetarians eat eggs and dairy. They may also wear wool and silk etc, but may not wear leather
because it's a direct product of a dead animal.
Vegans avoid all animal products.

vegans are like a more strict version of vegetarians
