I want spell what will damage all enemies in 200Aoe for 300% hero damage. Do not talk me about Gui Damage Engine on spell forum I know for it and its so complex. I will rep u if you make me entire spell here with at least actions possible.

You can actually improvise and calculate the damage - for example, you get the base damage of the hero (via object editor) you calculate....
I don't know why you don't want it.
Doesn't use GUI Damage Engine? -.-

I don't understand why this game is obsessed with DPS. In the item screen and the auction house everything is listed by DPS. But we know that damage is based on weapon damage in the character screen and skill screen. Right?
