I have said it before on here but Salsa dancing is just the BEST!!
Steve and I went with some others last night, probably our seventh time in all and it was just so much fun.
The particular class we go to is held in ClubX, which used to be called Caddilacs...

Anyone here enjoy salsa? I used to salsa a lot when I was younger (relative i guess ) and got really good at it, but lately haven't gone much. It actually really good exercise and good cardio workout. Anyone here do anything similar?

Enjoying salsa actively through dancing is but one choice amongst others.
For me, salsa is primarily about the enjoyment of the music , not necessarily always through dancing it either.

I love watching the soldiers take Salsa lessons! They have them at most of our bases.
It is beautiful to watch. I've taken a few lessons and can beginner Salsa. My Baptist upbringing gets in the way some!

Several years ago I devoted a Summer to dancing salsa. I usually do ballroom. The ballroom crowd is very kind. The ladies always say yes if they are asked for a dance.
