Wheat is poison, and gluten wreaks havoc on people's health - mood swings, IBS, weight changes, skin complaints, all can be traced back to gluten intolerance of people who've decided to go gluten....

My parents gave up husband is gluten intolerant....
The book Wheat Belly is a great introduction to the dangers of wheat.

Gluten free helps if you're having constipation or diarrhea along are a gluten, dairy, and yeast....
I must say that my bloating isn't as bad to do more so than gluten free.
