But BOTH beams....
For someone with a relatively shallow knowledge of hid's, can you explain the "bixenon" option in the market for an hid kit but need to educate myself some more bixenon is a single bulb that will have the beam from low, to hi.

So im looking at adding new hid since all i got now is my lows down since i lost my fog about 4 months ago and was wondering if 8000k will be to much blue for driving at night espcially on 500km gravel road.

Like I posted earlier this week, I am going to put HIDs in my lil monster.
So, I wanted to go ahead and get that 'blue' tint that some don't care for. I am thinking 8000k will be more than enough. However I'm not well versed on the wattage and ballasts...

Yes, and HID's also don't respond favorably to the rapid on/off cycling of high beams; just that the stock projectors aren't set up....
8000K HID lights.
Do not use HIDs for your high beams, you will blind other drivers.
Low beams on.

Hey guys! Im thinking about putting some hids on my 2006 Mustang pony package. I haven't found a kit that has the foglights for the ponypackage grill. I only seen the ones for the Gt. So can anyone help me with this? I also like the blue-ish ones too....

Don't wanna ....
The HID market is so diverse because it is one for reliability and durability.
Just google search.
You'll have to run 4 kits, There are many out there .
The Headlights are H13.
You'll need to find an HID kit that is H11 size.

I just installed an HID kit on my 2500hd and these lights are so much more better then my stock halogens. They light up the road so much better and have a nice straight line. I only paid $79 for the kit, and it is a simple plug and play install, no wiring...

I also put a HID kit in my truck and the light output is great I did it couple of months ago go any higher than 6000k, because they start getting too blue/purple-ish after that.
