As long as ur hair isn't bleached then there shouldn't be a prob however if u can avoid it altogether then do,I dye my own hair but didn't the whole time I was pregnant,there's always better.

You should also get a red color shotIf you have black hair you will need to lift your color a few levels.

No it will just give you a tiny tint of redi have the... .
You can't lighten dark hair without bleaching it.
Im in NY not sure red.
