Just curious if anyone has had a dating ultrasound come back a week off either way? And basing it on known conception (know right about when you conceived) not LMP?
I believe my ultrasound is either a week ahead or a week behind.. because i know the dates...

I had light pink....
Scan as at 11 weeks it would have been too early, only to go to the later date and be 13 weeks after all - exactly where I knew I was!
When it's early, it's harder to date accurately, which is why way is a headache lol.

I know early ultrasounds are the most.
Right..
They go off of the size after I should have Od and the ultrasound confirmed that.
The ultrasound doesn't go based off of periods or any other numbers.

Okay, so over many weeks of lurking I have seen that many people are getting ultrasounds as early as 5 weeks or so! My doctor is only doing one ultrasound at 20-22 weeks. Is this normal? Anybody else in the same boat? Maybe it varies from state to state...

I can have a 3rd ultrasound for an additional $200...
In addition to that, we are given another ultrasound at (approximately) 13 all my insurance covers if it's not an emergency situation.

I went in the first time on Monday, at six weeks. No ultrasounds or anything, just a pee test, blood pressure, and discussion. They said they normally just do the ultrasound near 20 weeks if you have a normal pregnancy, but that at my 10 week appointment...

Mine were diagnosed at 6+4 days, two gestational....
At 5 weeks there should be gestational sac/sacs visible but probably not a heartbeat .
So maybe 7 or so weeks? saw ours at 7 week scan .
I'm no expert but I'd say as early as you can see a heartbeat .

Is this normal? I had my first real doc appointment today and she said she would book me in for a 20 week ultrasound and I was a little taken aback. I'm in Canada, and I know we don't do as many ultrasounds as a lot of other countries but really?? Ugh...

ultrasound in a healthy normal pregnancy, unless you run significantly over your due date.
