I had an ultrasound with the RE at 6.5 weeks.
I have my first OB appt on Friday, followed by another on June 18. I just found out that I was incorrect in thinking that a 12 week ultrasound would happen at the appt on the 18th.

I think early ultra sounds, that is with in the first trimester, are very accurate. Within 5 days. It is most likley that you did concieve (conceive) earlier than you thought. I wouldn't be concerned, I would be excited. Pretty cool to shave off two weeks...

My insurance covers an early dating ultrasound recommended NT ultrasound! $1200?!?!? That's insane! But, I wouldn't jump to doing the CVS unless you have elective ultrasound....
