A defence that the debt is statute barred must be specifically pleaded and, as you *know* the debt and if so to who? Hillesden have brought the debt from Lloyds.

It's obvious that the debt bubble is being pushed by government overspending and the Fed supporting the debt bubble.
Who else would buy US debt at rates lower than inflation? It is a guaranteed loser.

It says dlc own the account so tell them to pay it its not your account they cant report u to credit reporting agenceys against consumer credit code .
Just ask to see the "deed of assignment" and they'll fold. .
