Strangely enough, almost every heat pump made says the same thing!, they are tested to that temp...so doont worry about it, everyone with a heat pump uses them and they operate fine for an average.

Re: SBC 15 degree or 18 degree? You need to get with Curtis on the head design, but I feel the 15 degree would be the better option and chamber it to the needed size for the nitrous.

Normal heat pumps have a coefficient of performance of about 3-4 or so, so using a heat pump assuming heat pumps working up to 60degree C are having a similiar co-efficient of performance.

I'veDegree days are ....
The base of degree day calculations ids 65F where it is assumed buildings are heat neutral.
Of degree days is the outside temperature where no additional heat is needed to maintain the desired balance.
