Hi, since i haven't seen this tool on d3scene i though i would post it . pretty much the only delay reducer that removes delay completly, when your hosting manually in sliding games, in 1.26.

Let me start by saying that DotA (and DotA2) are not easy games. Being a good player in League of Legends does not necessarily mean that you will quickly succeed in DotA2. Unless you have a high amount of natural talent, you will probably feel the effects...

The delay will be more to avoid lag gets huge spikes....
delay to a minimum it changes the delay all the time and thus distract lots of people since its more the latency (and thus delay) will be increased to reduce the lag .

And keep to all the platforms.
Hard to code AI program, and the feedback is not as well as some kick hack or delay add hack.
