How do you delete quarantined files?
i can see them in history and they've been quarantined, but there's no 'delete' for them?

Also you can check this folder to find the quarantined items: \ProgramData\Microsoft\Microsoft or restore the quarantined ....
If failed, make sure it is not be removed already .
Be an option to remove or restore the quarantined item.

Your Java is way out of date also, older versions are vulnerable to malware:
Java 6 Update 14< should be 30
Uninstall it from your control panels add/remove programs .
Yes it's safe to delete the ones marked No action taken .

make sure you are running the latest build of FPE (Rollup 4)

I check in on the user, I can see the same list of quarantined messages that were listed before I deleted deleted the user ( using the batch command deleteuser ).
