The type of visa I went for gives me no right to appeal the decision November 2010 at 03:12 PM .
Update - REFUSED :'( My visa was refused! The ECO said "based on the balance of probabilities as much as possible.

He was found ineligible due to an incomplete application, not denied.
Interveiw on jan 9 but they gave him a letter and denied him for missing paperwork, so we sent it thru yesterday at my Husbands VISA interview.

Unfortunately my wife's CR1 visa was denied at her interview Nov. 2nd. The VO does not even give her a second chance to supply document or anything. It looks like they are going to directly send the files back to USCIS.

Are there any scenarios where a extension for tourist can be denied? Even though you have submitted all the requirements?

I overstayed a B2 6 months tourist visa by 40 days.
The thing is that I filed for a 2 months extension before expiration of my visa, then stayed 40 days after expiration and left the US to go back home (French citizen).
