You are NOT entitled to use the NHS for free while on a visitor's visa down the road.
The NHS is only for UK residents, and since your visa was denied and you're in the UK as a visitor, you as private patient for about £50.

The official line appears to be that if you ae continuing in the same job, you cannot get a "new" visa but must apply for an extension....
You still have a valid visa right? If so, you can go back to India and apply for a visa extension.
