We fly in the morning.
But we're at N for 4 days prior to Hedo for a week.
GF would very much like WiFi, but $90/week at H2 is a bit much, especially for iffy access per the other thread.
(WiFi is said to be free at N...)

There were a least 3 different wifi access....
Hedo has recently upgraded their wifi system and have a number of relays all over the property .
I was at Hedo a week ago and the Hedo wifi in my room was fine, no matter what time of day/night I went on-line .

So we just booked our first trip and now I am getting more and more concerned having read reviews and recent trip reports on multiple message boards

Most of the problems you read about are related to long-term... .
Go with no expectations and you'll be fine.
Most everyone enjoys their first trip.
At worst, you may decide not to return for various reasons, but you'll have a good time .
No need to cancel.

I hesitate to ask however I 'heard' that the most recent Hedo chef who was so visible during our November trip resigned.

It all depends on the number of rooms that are reserved for the group .
I am just too lazy to search for it.
This was mentioned in a thread a few weeks ago and Denny confirmed the resort is requiring final payments further in advance now .
