Well, those 2 models look identical to me. I do currrently have 2112ci and need another 3D 7.1 receiver to handle my new projector. While I do like the look of the new 1913 better, I just don't see much of a difference between those 2. Am I missing something...

Also some of us have lots of equipment that limited connection receivers can't accomidate.
So should for that.
Of the TVs and projectors have those built in and are much better than Denon.

I bought MartinLogan MLT-2 speakers and looking out for A/V receivers and many people say Denon-2112 has lot of features. Currently prices are reduced as we are expecting Denon xx13 models.

Go to your audio setting by right clicking on the speaker icon rates .
What mobo/setup are you using? Fairly old MB, Gigabyte E7AUM-DS2H going from your PC to your Denon.
Between certain PC/HDTV/receivers.

What are some of the better receivers for internet radio? I'm disappointed that my Denon 1912 doesn't do shoutcast, live 365, or SiriusXM. Also checked out a Pioneer 1020 but its vtuner radio doesn't seem to any better than the Denon.

I have the Denon 1911 A/V Receiver. I'm trying to get my Apple TV 2 to work on my outdoor speakers via Zone 2 of the Denon.

Check your ATV2 to ensure the "Optical Audio" is set and the HDMI cable to "Game input on my ....
On my Denon on my main Zone 1, it does not work either.

Other than the connection and a few feature differences, these receivers should be very, VERY similar as they are both....
I compared the AVR-2312ci to the SR-5006 and found the connection and feature set of the Denon to suite my needs better.
