Dental Floss v Dental Tape Would anyone here have any opinions on which is best; dental floss or dental tape?
I have tried both and the difference appears to be that dental tape is thicker than the floss.
Is one better at flossing then the other, or is...

Re: Dental Floss v Dental Tape There's not much difference except dental tape may be easier to use to "snapping" floss into their gums (not a good idea), and they often find dental tape easier to glide provided....

Depends on the gaps between your teeth.
It is a little thicker and the floss an doesn'tI use tape, as I find the floss too thin.
I use Oral B dental tape, not floss.
Tiny brushes.

(Albuquerque) are out of Reach (Johnson and Johnson) woven dental floss.
ALL of them! At first I thought they'd discontinued it but Ebay has it for five dollars
each claiming...

Have you tried that I usually use.
It's my favorite floss as well - I tend to stock up when I find it in stores.

I would get unwaxed, since it won't be slippery at all .
You can get heavy-duty thread at the store if you prefer .

I'm just wondering if this is normal.
For my entire adult-teeth life I have been unable to successfully use dental floss.
Any time I've tried to use it, I end up causing damage to my gums, or the floss becomes wedged between my teeth and is really difficult...
