When it comes to dental insurance versus dental plan, dental insurance is actual insurance.

I have read some other discussions and it seems like many dental assistants hate their jobs. I am considering becoming a dental assistant and would like to know more about it. Do you get benefits? Is the pay decent?

I have been a dental assistant for 25 yrs. 23 of them have been spent working at a dental school. The other 2 in private practice. Even though the school doesn't pay as much the benefits,retirement & job security out weight working in private practice...

Moving over to Oz in march on a 457 visa, just wandering if I have to bring a copy of medical and dental records with me? Or if it is a good idea to request these now while I am still in UK.
Any help/ experiences are appreciated.
