In other words, the insurance companies assumes a certain risk -- that risk being the amount of dental assistance that you will need....
When it comes to dental insurance versus dental plan, dental insurance is actual insurance.
I have read some other discussions and it seems like many dental assistants hate their jobs. I am considering becoming a dental assistant and would like to know more about it. Do you get benefits? Is the pay decent? (134) / No (14)

Hello ... time to think about medical/dental coverage in retirement ... do I really need it ... I could carry on with my employer sunlife coverage, I could enrol in my wife's plan that terminates when she retires, I could just forget about. I'm in Ontario...

Time to think about medical/dental coverage of Canada is a necessity imo.
For age 55 and up, than Ingle.
