Either hang ut more if your friends, or kinda force yourself for the Lbgt whatever stuff in your area and go to something there with a friends and jsut talk to people friends.

Ok, a couple things, the first being that therapy wont work...I used to think the same thing at your age and when my parents finally sent me I HATED IT! That being said I am now 20 and still going to therapy...it does help because you can tell them all...
