Help me explain depression to my well meaning (I think) but clueless friends and family. Looking for an article or a blog that I can direct them to.
I don't self harm, and I'm not out of the woods yet on this episode.

Depression really affects the health of the person because the mind and the body lose all control in that state. To cure depression, all you need is self confidence and belief on yourself. Don't sit alone ever in that situation spent time with the family...

Alcohol and anti-depressants affect different people differently.
We can't answer this without knowing exactly what medication we're talking about, but in general mixing antidepressants with booze is a terrible, terrible idea .

Hi,
The most depressing thing about depression is that you get the feeling of it won't ever go away. There are easy ways of getting out of depression like going to a psychiatrists and getting a prescription for anti -depressants.
