After 8 days of roxio email support 5 different agents on one ticket my installation issue is still not resolved. It has now come to the situation where the agent is telling me to do stuff that we have already been through...

As a brief outline I have a new build pc with reasonably good kit running win 7 pro no other applications except microsoft will be done.
With microsoft who tell me that roxio are best placed to deal with the issue.
