Hi. I simply CANNOT make any more than a single serving of a dessert...it's just way too tempting to have extras. Any suggestions for a single serving dessert other than my typical jello? PS: I can't even have Cool Whip around cuz I'll eat the whole tub...

For a nice light dessert...If you add the cake mixes together I've always gotten between 95-100 cup and call it apple pie! Perfect large but single dessert that you can microwave!
