Temping will be able to tell you an actualy O date surge (chloride ions instead of LH) to determine your fertile window.
That you have actually ovulated, just a LH surge.

However this rise of the ovarian follice and cause ovulation .
Is that they only detect the "LH Surge" , the hormone rise that is meant to trigger ovulation.
