Im taking 48 hour acai berry liquid detox. it says to eat light, but how light is that. look at my food diary today. is this to much food. is it to heavy.. and does this detox really work?

The sunlight should also help in the detox process.
Some people cut out dairy and red meats while undertaking a detox.
Processed foods, drink lots of water.

Thanks Solo. Can't really say much about Detox that hasn't already been said, but there will be until there's some hard proof on weather or not it IS or ISN'T coming out.

So today was my birthday, I have ate w y too much and I am currently looking around 9 months pregnant, tomorrow I'm going to try to cleanse and detox my body.

Has anyone had good results with any detoxes or cleanses? I tried the 14 day acai berry cleanse, and I don't feel like it did much. I've been in a weight loss plateau for almost 2 months, and I'm desperately trying to continue losing. Suggestions??
