Iv been told today by my Gp today that im not allowed to go on Orlistat because my BMI is only 26 and it has to be 30 or over...Is this correct or is he just fobbing me off?? He also said that my weight is not that bad and that i should not be worrying...

I didnt lose any weight when i was taking them and knew I had to loose ....
I have found the best way to lose weight is joining someone like weight watchers or ediets it was the same as drinking a cup of coffee.
