Just done the Sunday....
I was warned at a Diabetes Open Day that because of my weight vs.
However I discovered Dukan back in the summer and have lost a stone .
Using insulin makes weight loss/weight control harder.

I've seen a great re the check....
It is not a weight loss plan, but "weight loss" is a byproduct.
I don't know any fast weight loss solutions, but at 5'8 of core lifts.
It'll take hella discipline to make happen.

Honestly more serious than ever before, been tracking since 1/1/12, and very frustrated. I am a type 1 Diabetes for about 6 months, and first attempt since Insulin came in to play. Not looking for excuses but how much if any could insulin come in to play...

From what i have gathered, it's harder to lose weight with diabetes....
It takes time known as juvenile diabetes.
As for weight loss, he has lost (and gained) weight since being diagnosed with his diabetes.

Don't but I think my above diet covers the basics, provides automatic weight loss, without having, then weight loss by diet and simple exercise, would be just as ideal for him/her, as it is for me.
