Hi you have to remove meat products in your diet. Nonsense. If you choose to be a vegetarian, that is up to you. But there is absolutely no benefit in diabetes management if you eliminate meat or meat products in normal quantities from your menu.

We all eat a different amount of daily carbs. the average is probably 45G for breadfast/lunch/dinner and 15G for 1 daily snack for a total of 150G daily. I agree that we all need to find what works for us, but I very much doubt that "45G for breakfast...
