I would suggest telling her that she's such a lovely woman you don't want to hurt her feelings but you don't discuss your religious beliefs with people outside your household,...

Sarah, if you google dialysis centers in Clearwater, FL it will give you a listin for the city to www.propublica.org/dialysis and go to their 'tracker' you can find centers in Clearwater and obtain data.
