For example, in Hero I've rolled as many as about 30d6 dice are used.
GM-only rolls? Just a note for design consideration and for future possible animated dice, in the Hero system we can roll scary amounts of dice.

Either way, it sucks to see that DICE is trying to cut costs.
On someone elses server and never the EA DICE ones I never play on first party servers so it makes under different server rules.
