Visit the ENT Specialist, who will probably refer you to an audiologist to get your hearing tested in any case....
Go to an ENT for an opinion - in most cases the ENT will recommend an audiologist if necessary visit by referring myself.

If your tinnitus really causes you distress as it did me, you may want to be referred for some answers there.
However until 2008 I had worse.
My ENT says it is normal hearing loss too and I am almost 70.
