I only rely on the drink to the next drink station.
First 1 15min before then every 45min.
Regardless of what time you did it in you have basicaly run 2hrs before, then go with the gels.
Thought is cut back on your long runs.
Anyone else drinking energy drinks? I've been drinking a half a can of Monster Khaos a day ... really helps with the nausea when it hits bad ... but I know I shouldn't. Not worried about the caffeine part since it's way below the supposedly dangerous ...
