Hey all,
Not sure if anyone caught this is the May issue of Allure, but there was a tiny little article about JUDDD style dieting. In essence it said that people who were restricted 2 days per week at 350 cal and 2000 cal for the remaining 5 lost more...

I think this yo-yo dieting actually set me upIt's not so much a question of losing weight by dieting but of keeping it off for the long haul.
Was as soon as I went off the diet the weight came back on.

I am not prommoting anyone do this anyway... but tommorrow I officially finish the most extreme diet I have ever been on sheding 2.5 stone in 6 and a half weeks!!!
The rules are you cannot excede 500 cals per day and must have at last 2 fasting days in...

That must have been so hard to stick to...what motivated you to stay do a diet like that.
In the real healthy diet of beer and bbq's.
500 calories its basically a couple sandwiches or one slim fast ready meal with a drink.

If you accidentally lose muscle during fast dieting can you gain it back? .. or is it gone forever.

I have always read and heard that you should not do this but I tried it this past week and it seemed to jump start my efforts. I had put on about 5 or so pounds over Thanksgiving but it is gone now after five days of only eating once per day.

The reason why you dont 'feel' as hungry with 500 cals & HCG is because your body fat stores are FULL and your bodys glycogen levels are full....thats what the over feed is before you start..as your body adjusts..you will be back to normal...like me or...
