I've been dieting for 2 weeks now.
I've lost about 8 lbs.
I also have a little outside help from the doctor for an appetite suppressant. It's mild, not very strong at all, but it helps some.
He has a diet clinic and I have to go weigh in every 2 weeks...

Ok so alot of people call 20 pounds overweight obese. Ive heard in at school and from doctors. Thats fucking stupid. Obese to me is someone who is 400 lbs, has trouble fitting in their car, fitting through doors, and eats 14 Big Macs a day.
