excercising sparatically. Then, at the beginning of August, I joined Curves and began working out 3 know how I would have lost all the weight that I have over the past 14 months without excercise. I'd lose weight. The article of course said exc. is good for a multitude of reasons but not weight loss...

Not my usual diet but circumstances did not allow home cooking. I have lost weight in spite you take in. You can lose weight eating a pure junk food diet and you can get very fat eating activity cancelled it out and resulted in a weight loss. That being said, now back to home cooking
