That way it's still healthy, but you're not starving yourself .

Eat clean, drink lots of water.

Burning 280 calories in 5:30 is seriously fast energy consumption .
Gt; Running 5.5 min mile 280 calories I think that running a 10 minute mile for me is about 100 calories .
