Fitness happens elsewhere (gym, yoga studio, whatever....
But, until above that weight loss happens in the kitchen.
Has more to do with diet change, exercise is more crucial for maintaining the weight loss.

A general rule-rate/sm00083 -Keep in mind that your diet is more important that cardio for losing weight.
