Can't find a straight answer. Some say 1 can a day
Been looking around online to find out how much fish a person can eat a day or week for that matter
another fish, they get more mercury.
If you eat a shark, for example, you can get a lot of mercury ...

Eat mainly fish exp more rosacea than the general population since they would be ingesting mercury
a strict low carb, mainly meat/fish/low carb veg diet for 5 yrs....no dairy, almost no grains or beans
a remarkably quick and permanent recovery.

Not a health food nazi , but i am getting more serious with my workouts, and i eat alot of tuna
as part of my supposedly healthy diet... a can is 3oz, and lets say you go 1 a day x 7 days..(im
of other fish you can eat with lower mercury levels.Don't worry Mom I eat a can or 2 a month most

Cut And Dry. I have a lot of fish That will eat nothing but fish.
It is unrealistic to start
to farm my own.Like I said my fish eat alot.
Gold fish are cheep at 10cents. I go threw about 50 a week
are very high in fat, and heavy metals like mercury and lead are stored in the fat of the fish.

A few in mercury exposures over the years.
The bulk of it was before the age of 13 as I used to have
collection of beads on the bathroom bench. I realised it was mercury and started playing with the beads
in natural health and mercury detox didn't seem impressed with kyolic and felt it was not as effective.......
