I'm a Seventh Day Adventist who only eats Biblically clean fish (similar to kosher). Because of this, the fish I eat is limited to those that have fins and scales (such as tuna, salmon, etc). I don't eat catfish because it has no scales and I don't eat...

As far as I know, he went completely vegan.
But TS can eat fish and eggs if it will make an easier transition for him.
Fish oil is not exactly necessary if a person eats raw seeds and nuts. I find it very easy to reach 300% of my daily omega 3 fatty acid...

Most wild fish and krill oils these days are toxin and mercury free and are a lot more efficient and cheaper.
Nuts and seeds are a poor source as they contain no DHA and EPA .
