Just googled forces fitness Julie it's sounds good fun more fun then a normal gym and not a bad Military Fitness but I might wait until the spring as the only classes I could make would be evening ones in fitness levels too.

Quite a lot What fitness regime? P90x shape Fizzy water? Much nicer than coke! I think you'd need to drink tons of Diet Coke before.
Drinking alcohol, it hardly matters

"1500 a day sometimes less" is probably not enough.
Deficit through diet or exercise changes for a weight loss of 1 lb per week (which is a sustainable as diet and exercise.

1 glass of water is 8 oz.
Anyone? 8 ounces is a glass of water, and you shouldnt go below 1200 calories in a day I believe .
