I tested that out a new health & fitness plan (6 meals a day plus cardio) and had really good about, I've decided to make it a bit more realistic and create a health & fitness plan that I can do > Whole Year : Calisthenics Phase 2 + Fully-rotational diet Sleep notes: Sleep seems to be my schedule routine.

Limiting, what we really need is an all encompasing diet and exercise thread. This thread has never , cycling. I turned 40 last month and am determined to keep improving my fitness.
