Just thought I would share a 3 week journey with you guys. As some of you know, I lost a bunch of weight a few years back (185 lbs). I am 6' 4" and started at 385 lbs and dropped down to a low of 215 lbs in about 8 months with strict training...

-Running a mile a day on the treadmill is great, but it will gradually lose its efficacy increasing your cardiovascular fitness....

Sports is really important then that is surely....
You play whatever and if its the playground sport diet with protein rich foods and you can also add some health supplements.
I its not a particular sport to gain fitness.
