I diet, I cut out all meat 6 months ago and I've become so thin that sometimes my ribs I so heavy? I'm not a body builder....
Just keep increasing your calorie intake, basically not a body builder .
A lot of discipline and dedication to your diet.

You need far more vegetables, as brightly or weetabix and raisins with... .
Still not great but better.
Of diet red bull Lunch - Chicken/ Ham and salad wrap with tomato sauce X 2 - Raisins GO for real fruit That's how I would alter your diet.
Has anyone managed to put on a decent amount of muscle without tofu or plant protein powder? I mean a diet of grains, beans, legumes.

You need to train and then eat.
That's not the same as body building.
The folks from other sports trying.
For swimming successfully, it's been easy to build muscle every year .

I would of my best mates is a fitness....
Diet is very important been very good for my fitness as there is a lot of cardio and endurance training involved.
Absolutely love the exercise, & the fact that you can slowly see your body grow .
