Hello please could some one tell me where i am going wrong as i dont seem tobe losing any weight and i am in diar need to lose 2 stone but where am i going wrong.

personally i dont think that....
And to increase weight you need to have a calorie surplus .

I need some advice please. I've recently started Weight Watchers and am using their on line tools along with MFP. There is a little bit of a discrepancy. For instance, you don't count "points" for veggies and fruits (most of them), but I still put them...

WW seems to take a "babys first diet" approach, giving you!!:) I do both Weight watchers and MFP....
My mom does MFP, which is free and more accurate .
I don't know about Weight Watchers but I would add everything you put in your mouth.

What do you guys think? Chuck looks good after losing all that weight. Phones have a Weight Watcher app that allows you to scan a food item to determine points... It's about $57 for three months to start.

I only paid an infomercial here but I love WW because it's not technically a diet.

I think I tried the "My fitness pal" app at one time, so maybe that didn't keep me sticking diet pretty easily on it, exercise is a bit ....
All the easy stuff is gone, it's to the tough sweat and diet.
I think I'm down about .6! Lol.

Morning gals! FINALLY the weekend is here!!
I did most of my housework and laundry yesterday so I don't have a lot on tap for today. DH has a photo shoot at a cupcakery so the kids and I will be hanging out around the house all day.

You really just have junk and preservatives.
I also don't want to burn out, so crave exercise, and get bummed if something happens where I can't fit it in.
The fitness and weight results I want, and that satisfies me mentally.
