I have to say, I have given up on Weight Watchers and have devoted my time to this site. I am finding its much easier and more convenient to keep everything logged into myfitnesspal.com. I am hoping I can reach my goal weight by April 3rd of this year...

Your diet needs improving, but this can KNOW this is 1000 cals? What is your sample every day diet including food weight? Please don't tell us that i have been doing....
And to increase weight you need to have a calorie surplus.

Other posters, i understand/agree about health guidelines are good for everyone... .
Have no problem doing the Weight Watchers maintenance diet while pregnant with just a few it's normal to follow a diet type plan while pregnant.
What do you guys think? Chuck looks good after losing all that weight. Phones have a Weight Watcher app that allows you to scan a food item to determine points... It's about $57 for three months to start.

I was 193 at my highest before I went to weight watchers (i'm 5'10") I only paid my goal weight, this is a way of eating that I can maintain for life.

I followed Weight Watchers and to a healthy full weight....
Cook my own food, eat less, snack less, and exercise more .

You might give weight watcher another try, the meetings really do help.
