Just wondering if anyone else is a member of weight watchers? I'm a member of weight watchers online in the UK and I thought it'd be nice to have a diet buddy. Blessings, Woodfox

I found I have no upper arm strength! I can only go up from the ... .

Cook my own food, eat less, snack less, and exercise more .
