Is showing that not eating so many carbs is good for one's health. for instance limiting carbs can cure
individual has a different and unique way of metabolizing food.
And it goes actually further
Quinoa is amazing - if you havent tried it yet, TRY IT. Its the best parts of couscous and lentils put together.
