I was on the Atkins Diet about 5 years ago. I had lost over 45 lbs. Then I stopped the diet
and gained back ALL 45 lbs and then some. Which made me top out at 320 lbs. Why did this happen?

friend can expand her caloric intake by making her stomach pouch bigger. So - weight loss/gain

I'm looking for a diet that works with somebody who gets very little exercise. I have
